Deputy FM D. Mardas met with RES agencies and business representatives

Deputy Foreign Minster, D. Mardas, who is in charge of International Economic Relations,  had a meeting today with agencies and enterprises representing the field of Renewable Energy Sources (National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greek Solar Industry Association/EBHE, ΕLΕΤΑΕΝ, Institute of Energy of S.E.Europe/ΙΕΝΕ, PPC Renewables S.A, TERNA Energy, WRE Hellas, ITA Group, EUROSOL Hellas, Silcio).

The meeting aimed at providing information on scheduled actions by the M.F.|A., acquainting participants with the institutional framework for investment projects in the Iranian, Israeli and Kenyan markets, and investigating the scope for closer cooperation to eventually increase our exports to selected markets abroad.

Let it be noted that this event was subsequent to making the plan of actions and activities by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Economic Diplomacy public and that in the context of said planning there are to be 9 business missions to countries abroad until the end of 2016 and 22 by the end of 2017.
