Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias, carrying out his first official visit since beginning his new term, will be in be in the Republic Cyprus from 26 to 28 October.
On Monday, 26 October, Mr. Kotzias will meet with the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Cyprus, Ioannis Kasoulides, and Archbishop Chrysostomos II of Cyprus. He will then meet with Greek Cypriot representatives of Organizations of Refugees and Missing and Enclaved Persons.
On Tuesday, 27 October, Mr. Kotzias will be received by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades, and will afterwards meet with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yiannakis Omirou. On the same day, he will hold meetings with representatives of the parties represented in the Cypriot House of Representatives.
On the national holiday of 28 October, Mr. Kotzias will participate in the celebratory events in Nicosia.
Mr. Kotzias’ programme also includes the laying of a wreath at the Imprisoned Graves, as well as a visit to the Tomb of Makedonitissa and the Hellenic Force in Cyprus base.
