We had the opportunity to talk about the very good relations the Greek state has with the Orthodox Church, with the Patriarch, There Beatitudes, There Eminences the Metropolitans. I think that the convening of this Council is a major step in the age-old history of Orthodoxy. We all gain by the unity of Orthodoxy. It is a loss for those who are absent.”
