Announcement on the restriction of entry in the territory of the Hellenic Republic of third-country nationals

Following an updated joint decision by the Ministers of Citizen Protection, of Health and of the Interior, the restriction on third-country nationals (excluding EU and Schengen area countries nationals) to enter the territory of the Hellenic Republic has been extended until 15September 2020, in order to minimize the spread of coronavirus.
Australian nationals as well as and foreigners residing permanently in Australia can travel to the Hellenic Republic until 15 September 2020.
Persons entering the territory of the Hellenic Republic, regardless of their nationality, have to complete the Passenger Locator Form (PLF), indicating their contact details in Greece. The PLF can be found at https://travel.gov.gr and has to be completed at least one day prior to the arrival in the Hellenic Republic. The persons entering the territory of the Hellenic Republic are obliged to present a physical or an electronic copy of the PLF to the staff of the General Secretariat of Civil Protection and the Hellenic National Public Health Organisation conducting medical checks.
Persons submitted to random medical checks must be confined to their homes until the results of those checks are released.
