Program “MyConsulLive” extended to the Consulate General of Greece in Melbourne

The Consulate General of Greece in Melbourne is now included in the operation of “MyConsulLive”, the platform for serving citizens remotely via video calls.
Greek citizens residing in Victoria and Tasmania can now request the following consular services remotely by booking an online appointment:
•    Certificate of permanent resident abroad
•    Birth, death or marriage act registered at the Consulate General of Greece in Melbourne
•    Copy of municipal registration certificate (registration of family record or birth)
•    Verification of residency
•    Pension beneficiary declaration (certificate«of life» for pensioners)

To access the platform, you will need to use your credentials (username and password) for “TAXISnet”. If you do not have your own credentials, someone else can book your appointment using their credentials, but you must be the one attending the appointment.

In order to book an appointment, the platform requires confirmation of your personal data:first and last name, father’s and mother’s names,  email address,  contact telephone number, residential address, date and place of birth and passport (Australian or Greek) or Greek ID card number.The identification during the video call will be made by presenting your passport (s) or Greek ID card.
