Announcement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the accident involving the convoy delivering the Greek humanitarian aid to the city of Derna, Libya (17.09.2023)

The Greek mission delivering humanitarian aid to Libya was involved in a car accident today en route to the city of Derna.

In coordination with the Ministry of National Defence, the UN and the European Union, the Consulate General of Greece in Benghazi stands ready to provide assistance to the mission and assist in its repatriation.
