39th International Maria Callas Grand Prix in Piano

We are pleased to inform you that the 39th International Maria Callas Grand Prix in Piano that will take place from the 15th until the 24th of May 2015 in Athens.

This time the Maria Callas Grand Prix has the honor of hosting the famous pianist and teacher, Dmitri Bashkirov, as President of the International Jury Committee.

The International Cultural Centre Athenaeum established the Maria Callas Grand Prix in 1975 and it had been held annually until 2011. After two years of silence, due to the commonly known problems of our country, we have the joy of working again for the realization of this very important international artistic event, with the collaboration of the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation and the financial support of the NSRF programme.
