ANNOUNCEMENT (for the male Greek citizens born in 2003)

We inform you that as part of their military duty, all male Greek citizens born in 2003 are requested to present themselves to the competent Greek Consular Authorities in order to submit required information regarding national military service.

The information must be submitted during the period January 2, 2021 to March 31, 2021, by the individual himself and by appointment.

All the individuals must have a valid e-mail address and they will be asked to present originals or photocopies of:

a. their Greek ID or passport

b. any official document with their Greek Fiscal Number (AFM)

c. any official document with their Greek Social Security Number (AMKA) or a relevant Certificate issued through the website: www.amka.gr

If not any, they have to present any document that proves their identity (such as US ID or passport).

In case of serious health problems, official medical evidence (Apostilled and officially translated) should also be submitted.

Those born in 2003, but not already registered in the Greek Male Registries, have to submit until March 31, 2021, certification issued by the competent Authority that they have applied for such a registration. After the conclusion of their registration process, they must present themselves to the competent Greek Consular Authorities within a month.
