The Consulate General of Greece in Toronto has jurisdiction for citizens living in Ontario (except for Ottawa and Kingston) and Manitoba

Booking an appointment
The following services require an in-person appointment in the Consulate, which you can schedule through our website:
• Application for a Greek passport
• Application for a visa to enter Greece
• Vital records / Greek citizenship
• Registration of death
• Notarized acts (e.g. power of attorney)
• Verification of signature of a private individual (e.g. authorization)
When booking an appointment through our website, you will receive an automated message, which contains important information about your visit to the Consulate General.
The following services are provided to Greek citizens through the online portal MyConsulLive:
• Life certificate for pension purposes
• Copy of a family certificate
• Copy of an act registered in the Consulate
• Certificate for the conversion of a Greek driver’s license
• Certificate of permanent residence abroad for deferment from military service
• Certificate of residence for recusants living abroad
• Request for deferment from military service
The following services are provided per mail.:
• Validation of Canadian public documents for use in Greece
• Translations
• Certificate of tax residence for use at tax authorities or banks in Greece
