Appointments at the Consulate General of Greece in Toronto

The following services require an in-person appointment in the Consulate, which you can schedule through our website:

• Application for a Greek passport
• Application for a visa to enter Greece
• Vital records / Greek citizenship
• Registration of death
• Notarized acts (e.g. power of attorney)
• Verification of signature of a private individual (e.g. authorization, certificate of life for pensioners, solemn declaration, police clearance authorization)

When booking an appointment through our website, you will receive an automated message, which contains important information about your visit to the Consulate General.

The following services are provided to Greek citizens through the online portal MyConsulLive. If you don’t have the (Taxisnet- kleidarithmo) credentials to access the platform, please contact us on toronto@mfa.gr for assistance with the virtual appointment booking.

• Case- specific information and guidance regarding the Certificate of permanent residence abroad for deferment from military service

The following services are provided per mail.:

• Validation of Canadian public documents for use in Greece
• Translations
• Certificate of tax residence for use at tax authorities or banks in Greece
