As of September 21st, 2017, the provisional application of #CETA, the new and innovative trade agreement between EU and CA is a reality!

CETA is a new trade agreement between the EU and Canada.

It'll make it easier to export goods and services, benefiting people and businesses in both the EU and Canada.

On 21 September 2017 CETA will enter into force provisionally. As such most of the agreement will apply.

National parliaments in EU countries – and in some cases regional ones too – will then need to approve CETA before it can take full effect.
