The Consulate General of Greece is suspending some of its services due to the lockdown imposed in Toronto

The Government of Ontario announced that it is moving Toronto into the highest level of restrictions (lockdown) as of Monday, November 23rd, for a minimum of 28 days, to limit community transmission of COVID-19.

In light of this development, the Consulate General of Greece in Toronto will suspend, for the aforementioned period, some of the services it provides that require in-person attendance. Scheduled appointments for the renewal of Greek passports will not be affected. Greek citizens whose scheduled appointments will be cancelled will receive a message to this effect and are kindly requested to book a new appointment after the lockdown has been lifted. We will continue to provide services by mail and will accommodate emergency situations.
