The Museum kits of the Museum of Cycladic Art of Athens at “Friday Night Live” in the Royal Ontario Museum

Join on us October 12th at “Friday Night Live – Dig It!” in the Royal Ontario Museum for a close-up introduction to the brand new Museum of Cycladic Art Kits on Cycladic Culture and Ancient Greek Pottery.

The two Museum kits where commissioned by the Consulate General of Greece in Toronto and where produced by the Museum of Cycladic Art in Athens, with the generous support of Bodossaki Foundation.  They contain exact replicas from the Museum of Cycladic Art’s collections and fun educational activities, designed for children at both primary and secondary education.

As part of an agreement signed between the Consulate General of Greece in Toronto and the Royal Ontario Museum, the Consulate has made available to the ROM the two Museum kits for study and activity development from October 1, 2018 until October 31, 2018.

Educators at schools in Toronto are welcome to borrow the Museumkits free of charge from November on.
