The Embassy of the Hellenic Republic to the People’s Republic of China, under the Action “ Employing “field workers” to support and assist the work of the Consular Authorities in third countries” funded by the “Greece Project - Financial Support Instrument for Border Management and Visa Policy of the Integrated Border Management Fund 2021-2027” announces the intention to recruit three (3) temporary assistants, with a fixed, eight (8) -month contract to exclusively address urgent and seasonal needs of the VISA issuing department of the Consular Section of the Embassy.

All interested parties are required to submit an application letter along with their CV either through email sent at the or by post no later than October 31st 2024.

The successful candidate is required to have the following qualifications :

1. be a permanent resident of China
2. hold a university degree
3. have excellent knowledge of Chinese and good knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of Greek language will be considered as an additional qualification.
4. Have fundamental computer skills (MS Word, Excel or equivalent)
5. Professional experience in similar position, familiarity with the market and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information will be also taken into consideration

The candidates should be at least 21 years old and maximum 60 years old.
