Our country is represented diplomatically in the Republic of Ghana by the Greek Embassy in Abuja (Nigeria) via parallel l accreditation. The Embassy of Ghana in the Holy See has parallel accreditation to Greece. An Honorary Consulate of Greece operates in Accra.

The Holy Archdiocese of Accra under the Patriarchate of Alexandria is located in Accra. It includes in its jurisdiction Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali and Burkina Faso.
