Bilateral Relations

Thailand

Greece established diplomatic relations with Thailand on 26 May 1958. The Greek Embassy in Bangkok opened in November 1989.

Thailand maintains an Embassy in Athens.

Bilateral Relations

We have very good diplomatic relations with the Kingdom of Thailand, with significant potential for further improvement in the economic cooperation sector. Cooperation between the two countries in the multilateral field develops – mainly in the context of the EU political dialogue with the countries of Southeast Asia and ASEAN – while it expands into issues of international interest through mutual support for candidacies in International Organizations.
