Our country is represented in Yemen by its Embassy in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), while Yemen is represented in Greece through its Embassy in Rome.

Useful Information
Greece supports the efforts to resolve the crisis under the aegis of the United Nations and call for an immediate cessation of all hostilities, which will allow the humanitarian situation on the ground to improve. Greece is in favor of finding a commonly accepted political solution to the crisis, which will be the result of negotiations and will be viable, supporting the mediation efforts of the Special Envoy of Secretary General of the United Nations, Mr. Hans Grundberg. Our country financially supports Yemen via OCHA and other organizations of the UN system, while it has contributed the sum of $200.000 for the transport of oil from the floating storage and offloading unit Safer (Yemen) aiming to avoid a potential environmental disaster.
