Greece unequivocally condemns the launch of numerous rockets against Israel.
We call on all sides to exercise restraint in order to avoid further escalation of violence, which unfortunately has caused the loss of human lives for which we express our deep sadness.
Particularly during the current period of religious holidays, we emphasize once again Greece's position on the need to respect and preserve the status quo of the Holy Sites of Jerusalem.
