On Thursday, 20 February, Deputy Foreign Minister Dimitris Kourkoulas will represent Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Evangelos Venizelos at an extraordinary meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council on the issue of the crisis in Ukraine.
