The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, responsible for Economic Diplomacy and Extroversion, Tasos Chatzivasileiou, visited Sofia, Bulgaria, on 17 February.
During his visit, Mr. Chatzivasileiou met with the Bulgarian Foreign Affairs Minister Georg Georgiev, as well as with the Deputy Ministers of Environment Atanas Kostadinov and Michaela Krumova.
The Deputy Minister discussed with the officials of the new Bulgarian government issues of bilateral trade and economic relations, as well as issues of mutual interest. This is the first visit by a Greek minister since the formation of Bulgaria's new government in January.
