Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Evangelos Venizelos will be in Brussels on Monday, 18 November, to attend the EU Foreign Affairs Council (FAC).
The FAC agenda includes the situation in Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as Southern Neighbourhood issues, with emphasis on developments in Syria, Egypt and Libya. There will also be a discussion of the situation that has been created by the strong migration currents observed in the Mediterranean, and there will be an exchange of views on EU-China relations.
Finally, within the framework of the FAC, there will be a joint meeting of the EU Foreign and Defence Ministers, ahead of the December European Council.
