At 12:00 on Tuesday, 29 October, in a ceremony at the Foreign Ministry, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Evangelos Venizelos will confer an Honorary Degree and the Gold Cross of the Order of Honour on former Afghan Deputy Culture Minister Omar Sultan.
