Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Evangelos Venizelos will travel to the Islamic Republic of Iran on Friday, 14 March.
On Saturday, 15 March, Mr. Venizelos will meet in Tehran with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, with whom he will then hold a joint press conference.
Mr. Venizelos will then be received by the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hassan Rouhani, and meet with the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Ali Larijani.
On Sunday, 16 March, Mr. Venizelos will meet with the country’s former president and current chairman of the Expediency Discernment Council of Iran, Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, and with the Secretary General of the Supreme National Security Council, Ali Shamkhani.
