Foreign Minister N. Kotzias' statement to journalists on departing from the venue of the International Conference on Cyprus (Crans-Montana, 1 July 2017)

JOURNALIST: Was UN Secretary-General Guterres' presence here in Crans-Montana constructive?

N. KOTZIAS: Mr. Guterres is a prominent figure on the international stage. I felt fortunate that we could work together yesterday in a very, very good direction for the Cyprus problem.

JOURNALIST: Will the process move ahead, Mr. Minister?

N. KOTZIAS: The process will move ahead. We will be continuing on Monday. We have said that we should answer two fundamental questions and break those questions into a series of answers. The Greek Delegation, as well as the Cypriot Delegation, has a great deal of hard work to do over the weekend. But, as you know, we are not afraid of hard work, as long as it is useful to the country.
