Foreign Minister, Stavros Dimas, is in Brussels today and tomorrow, for the Joint Session of the Foreign and Defence Ministers of NATO. The main item on the agenda is the preparations for the 25th NATO Summit which is to be held in Chicago on 20-21 May, 2012.
The Session begins today, with a meeting of the North Atlantic Council and on Thursday, 19th of April, there will be a meeting of the NATO-Russia Council, followed by a discussion on Afghanistan, with the participation of ISAF contributing countries.
Foreign Minister Dimas is expected to hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts in the margins of the Session.
