We express our great appreciation to our friend Bulgaria for the tireless efforts to shed light on the terrorist attack on Israeli tourist in Burgas, in July of last year, which shocked us all.
The result of the investigation requires careful joint analysis and evaluation with our partners in the EU, within the framework of our joint efforts to confront terrorism on a European and global level.
We reiterate our total and unequivocal condemnation of all acts of terrorism, whatever the source or ostensible justification. We have zero tolerance for terrorism.
We are prepared to provide all possible assistance to Bulgaria so that the perpetrators of this abhorrent act can be brought to justice.
