mAigov - Multilingual “Digital Assistant”

The mAigov platform is a significant new initiative that enables citizens abroad to interact with the Greek State platform in 25 languages.

In particular, citizens, irrespective of their place of residence, have now the ability to start a “conversation” with the “Digital Assistant” in any of the 24 official languages of the EU, as well as in Albanian, and to be informed about the available services and administrative procedures.

Citizens can start their “conversations” on mobile phones, tablets, or computers and submit their questions using text or voice messages. The “Digital Assistant” offers a simple and user-friendly way to find the required services. At the end of the "conversation," users have the opportunity to evaluate the application.
