Regarding tax issues, Greek citizens abroad should contact, through the Greek Consular Authorities abroad and the H2 Directorate for Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, and more precisely the Tax Departments for Residents Abroad–Revenue Department (Metsovo 4th str., 1st Floor, 106 82, Athens, Tel: +30 210 8204631, 210 8204627,210 8204603, Fax: 210 8204630, 210 8204653).

Regarding taxation and retirement matters, citizens are also encouraged to seek further information on the websites of following links: https://www.gsis.gr/ and https://www.efka.gov.gr/el

For debt-settlement towards the Greek State by Greeks and foreign nationals residing outside Greece, the Tax Departments forward the relevant documents to the H2 Directorate for Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which then sends them to the competent Authorities abroad in order for them to be delivered to the taxpayer.
