N. KOTZIAS: I would like to welcome the Prime Minister. It is a great honor for us. His visit is taking place so we can discuss foreign policy issues, but also for him to visit us here at the Foreign Ministry.
A. TSIPRAS: It’s been some time since I’ve been to the Ministry.
N. KOTZIAS: And, as Prime Minister, you will be coming again, it seems to me.
A. TSIPRAS: But I think, though I haven’t come, foreign policy plays a central role in the negotiating power of our country, which is inexhaustible, because we are constantly in negotiations.
But, in view of the refugee crisis and our upcoming trip to Turkey, I think we need to be as well prepared and informed as possible. Today we will also have the opportunity to talk to Ministry officials so that we can capitalize on the momentum, as you diplomats say, to achieve the best possible result for our country.
N. KOTZIAS: Welcome again, Mr. Prime Minister.
