Official visit of the Deputy Minister of Defense Mr. Chardalias to Yerevan (2-3 of June 2022)

An official visit to Yerevan was paid on June 2-3, 2022, by a Greek Delegation of the Ministry of Defense led by the Deputy Minister of National Defense Mr. Nikolaos Hardalia after accepting an official invitation from his Armenian counterpart. The Deputy Minister was accompanied by the General Director of GDAEE with staff of the HNDGS.

During the first day of the visit, the Deputy Minister laid a wreath at the Armenian Genocide Monument in Yerevan, was received by Armenian Patriarch Karekin II and met with the Armenian Minister of Defense Mr. Suren Papikyan and the Armenian Deputy Minister of Defense Mr. Karen Brutyan .

On June 3, 2022, Mr. Hardalias paid visits to the "Vazgen Sargsyan" Military University and the National Defense Research University, met with the Armenian Minister of Industry and High Technology Mr. Robert Kchatsatryan, and visited the office of the Union of Greek Communities in Armenia where he had fruitful conversations with the President of the Union Mrs Maria Lazareva and members of the Greek Communities.
