A children’s art exhibition under the name “Hellas” will take place on March 7-11 2016, in Centro Italiano, Murtuza Mukhatarov 7. The gallery will be open to the public from 10:00 to 20:00.
The event is organized by the Embassy of Greece in Azerbaijan in cooperation with the Association Argo and Centro Italiano.
The children’s artworks have been inspired by Ancient Greece, the cradle of European civilization. The students of Tofig Ismayilov Children and Youth Creativity Centre have studied the ancient Greek art and embodied this knowledge to high level paintings, graphic arts, batiks and pottery. The Greek Muse has inspired young Azerbaijani Artists to express their personal unique talent and contribute to world’s cultural dialogue.
On March 6, during the opening of the exhibition, the students will be awarded for their effort, achievement and excellence.
