Greek traditional local costumes of Pontos presented to the Greek community, “Argo” (03.03.2016)

The Greek Community, “Argo”, offered two traditional local costumes of Pontos on Sunday March 3, 2016, in the house of Greek Community “Argo”. The event was attended by more than 40 members of the Hellenes of Baku. The two costumes were donated by the Pampontian Federation of Greece, with the kind assistance of parliament member, Mr. D. Kammenos. The president and the members of the Greek Community expressed their gratitude to the above as well as to the Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. D. Tsoungas, for the fulfillment of a long lasting dream and request, proving that Greeks abroad are a vivid and creative part of Hellenism.
