Inauguration of house of the Greek community, “Argo” (20.12.2015)

The Greek Community, “Argo”, inaugurated its new “house” on Sunday December 20, 2015, during a Christmas celebration. The event was attended by numerous Hellenes of Baku and by all members of the Embassy of Greece. The President of the Greek Community, Mrs. Saida Mehdiyeva, in her speech, thanked the community members that contributed to the completion of work and referred to the substantial contribution of the Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. D. Tsoungas and all the members of the Embassy. Homemade dishes and desserts were offered by the Embassy staff. The event was concluded with the traditional blessing of the house.
