Supplementary Distance Education (E-Learning) from the University of Athens

The E-Learning Program of the University of Athens has since 2001 a dynamic presence, offering today more than 450 programs in Greek and 45 programs in English, in various fields of knowledge, with at least 155.000 registered students. It is organized and offered by the Supplementary Distance Education Program (E-Learning) of the Centre for Further Education and Lifelong Learning (K.E.DI.B.I.M.) of the oldest Greek higher education institution, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

The educational process in the E-Learning programs of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens is implemented remotely through a user-friendly educational platform that utilizes and integrates all new technologies. University or vocational school graduates and high school graduates can apply for participation, depending on the requirements of each program. Successful completion of the programs leads to the award of a Certificate of Training or Specialized Training.
