European Day of Languages marked with round table, language classes, contests, games and animations with a lottery and prizes!
The basic goal of this celebration is promotion of intercultural and multi-language issues as well as nurturing of language diversity.
Since the year of 2001 that was marked the European Language Year, 26th of September is regularly marked as European language day in 45 countries, including Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This year's European Day of languages was organized by the EUNIC BiH (European Union National Institutes for Culture) in the Mostar Gymnasium, with wider participation of local and international partners. Greek language was presented amongst nine foreign languages, where our guests could experience a taste of Greek culture and atmosphere.
