Celebration of the European Day of Languages.

On September 23rd, 2023, the Embassy of Greece in Croatia participated to the celebration of the European Day of Languages. The event was organized by the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Zagreb, in cooperation with the European Commission Representation in the Republic of Croatia, at the premises of the Faculty of Philosophy. Our Embassy had a stand presenting the Greek language and culture to the numerous visitors. Moreover, we organized a high-level lecture, by Professor of Archaeology Helena Tomas of the University of Zagreb, on the roots of the Greek alphabet, starting from Linear A and B.
