Participation of the Embassy of Greece to the opening of the “Mois de la Francophonie” (Zagreb, 29/2/2024)

The Embassy participated to the opening of the “Mois de la Francophonie”, organized by the Embassy of France in Zagreb and the Institut Français, in the premises of the Hungarian Institute “Ferenc Liszst”, in Zagreb. Apart from the promotional material on Greek culture and gastronomy, a number of books of Greek literature translated into French were presented to the visitors of the Greek stand. These books were awarded to the winner of an essay writing inspired by the principles of the Olympic Games. Moreover, a video on the history of the Olympic Games, from 776 B.C. till Paris 2024, produced by the National Olympic Committee of Greece, was shown on a big screen.
