Promoting Greek gastronomy in Croatia: Master class and dinner with Greek flavours in the context of Taste the Mediterranean Festival (Split, 6-7.10.2023)

The Greek Chefs’ Club, in collaboration with the Embassy of Greece in Croatia, participated in Taste the Mediterranean Festival (Split, October 6-7, 2023), the widely acclaimed gastronomy event in Croatia, which brings together top chefs from all over the world. During a pleasant Mediterranean evening next to the sea, the Greek Executive Chef Christos Amantos prepared Greek specialties for the menu of a renowned restaurant in Split and the Ambassador of Greece to Croatia, Mrs. A. Katzourou, hosted a dinner for journalists and businessmen from the gastronomy sector and the hospitality industry. A selection of Greek wines was served during the dinner.

In a master class held the previous day, the Greek Chef presented, to an audience of students and professionals from the food industry, recipes based on traditional Greek products, such as feta cheese and olive oil.
