Vacancy Notice
The Embassy of the Hellenic Republic to Zagreb announces a vacancy for one (1) full-time job, with a fixed-term, two-years private law contract, as follows:
One (1) Receptionist position with gross monthly salary of € 1,100.00 (one thousand one hundred).
Interested persons are requested to send: (a) a letter of interest, (b) a short CV, and (c) a declaration of commitment to provide the necessary supporting documents on the day of the personal interview.

Required qualification sand job description for interested candidates
Candidates should:
a. Be permanent residents of Croatia with Greek or other nationality.
b. Be high school graduates (secondary education).
c. Have either fulfilled or been permanently exempted from their military obligations (in case of malesof Greek citizenship)
d. Be a minimum of 21 years old
e. Be fluent in the Croatian and English languages.
f. Submit the criminal record certificate provided by the local authorities.
g. Assist and support different departments of the Embassy with logistical arrangements (answering door videophones and telephones)
h. Have essential IT skills (Microsoft or equivalent office programs)
i. Perform other ad hoc duties as required (duties are determined by the Ambassador or Deputy).
Additional qualifications of candidates will be considered an asset:
a. Previous reception or customer services experience
b. Basic knowledge of Greek
c. Driver’s license
d. Graduation from a Technical High School
e. Some logistical/ administrative previous experience
f. Organizational and Interpersonal skills
The Person to be hired, if he/she has Greek citizenship, may at his / her request be subject to Greek social security legislation or be insured with a local insurer, if this is possible. Other citizens' insurance arrangements are governed by local law. The (employer) insurance contributions will paid by the Greek State.
