Invitation to submit an offer for the rental and operation of a POS

The Embassy of Greece in Copenhagen taking into consideration:

a) the provisions of the article 443 of the Organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Law 4781/2021) as amended by article 63 of Law 4811/2021 on expenditure incurred by the authorities of the foreign service and

b) the provisions of the Joint Ministerial Decision APF771-57400/12-10-2022   

has the intention to sign a contract for the rental and operation of a POS type device to facilitate electronic payments during the execution of consular operations and invites the parties that expressed interest during the consultations to submit a relevant offer

in accordance with the following:

Brief description of the project

Rental of a POS device for a period of 3 years, for the needs of the Consular Office of the Embassy of Greece in Copenhagen located at Hammerensgade 4, 1267 København.

The criterion for selection and award is the submission of the lowest offer by the end of working hours on December 15, 2022.

All offers should be sent to the Embassy’s  e-mail ( ).

The applicable tax as well as the options for transaction fees should be included in the offer to be submitted.

Offers from companies that did not express interest during the consultations will not be considered.
