Taxes

Citizens resident and taxed in Denmark, who are under the obligation to file a tax declaration in Greece, need to contact the local Greek Tax Authorities in order to declare and prove that they are taxed in Denmark.

The competent Danish Authority to certify that is SKAT, which issues, upon request a certificate of Residence and Tax Liability (in danish - Bopaels og skatteforhold). For the above document to be accepted by Greek Tax Authorities, the following steps are required:

- Apostille Stamp of Validity
- Translation by an Official Translator
- Validation of the Translator’s signature by the Consular Office
