COVID-19 Requirement of PCR test certificate for COVID-19 to enter Egypt - Travel advice for COVID-19

From 15 until 31 August 2020, non Egyptian passengers arriving in Egypt are required to provide negative PCR test certificate for COVID-19 issued no more than 72 hours prior to their arrival in Egypt.
This requirement does not apply to passengers flying directly to Sharm El-Sheikh, Taba, Hurghada, Marsa Allam and Marsa Matrouh or to transit passengers to the aforementioned airports.

With effect from 1st September 2020, all passengers, including Egyptian citizens, arriving in Egypt will be required to provide negative PCR test certificate for COVID-19 conducted no more than 72 hours prior to their arrival in any Egyptian airport. This requirement will not apply to children under 6 years of age. For details and updates please consult Egyptair's website and contact your airline.
