Deputy FM Amanatidis meets with the Ambassador of Egypt, Ahmed Fouad El Bidewy

Deputy Foreign Minister Ioannis Amanatidis met at the Foreign Ministry today, Thursday, 15 October 2015, with the Egyptian Ambassador to Greece, Ahmed Fouad El Bidewy, at the latter’s request.

During the meeting, which took place in a friendly climate, the excellent level of relations between the two countries was reaffirmed.

Moreover, they discussed issues of bilateral interest, with particular emphasis on the potential for further strengthening of bilateral educational and cultural cooperation.

Finally, Mr. Amanatidis agreed with the Egyptian Ambassador on the advisability of further intensification of contacts between the two sides.
