Call for expression of interest

The Embassy of Greece in Helsinki calls for expression of interest to moving companies for providing services for the transfer of the household of the residence of the Ambassador, which is of a volume of approximately 55 c.m.

The relocation of the residence is scheduled to take place during the last week of January 2022.

The services requested are the following:

-    Provision of necessary vehicles and professional staff
-    Packaging materials and services
-    Floor protection
-    Disconnection of light fixtures and sconces
-    Parking reservation to both addresses
-    Transfer of the household (furniture and items)
-    Protection of the household during transfer
-    Unpacking
-    Insurance

The budget for the total of the above-mentioned services is approximately €7.000,00, VAT included. The selection of the company providing the services requested, will be based on the cost.
