Ambassador of Greece in India Dimitrios Ioannou presented credentials to the Maldives (22.1.2023)

The Ambassador of Greece in India Mr Dimitrios Ioannou presented credentials to the Maldives on 22nd January 2023 , as Greece has a parallel accreditation to this island state from India.
The Ambassador had very productive meetings with H.E. the President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih  and H.E. the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulla Shahid.

FM Shahid wrote on Twitter: “Congratulations to Ambassador of the #HellenicRepublic to the Maldives Dimitrios Ioannou,  on presenting his credentials to President @ibusolih today

Confident that the friendly relations between Maldives and the Hellenic Republic will be further strengthened during your term”.
