International Greek Language Day celebration (8.2.2023)

We spent a wonderful evening  at the India International Centre on 8 February 2023 together with our Indian, Greek and expat friends on the occasion of International Greek Language Day!

The International Greek Language Day has been established in order to highlight the uniqueness of the greek language but it also constitutes a cause for a wider celebration of the greek culture and the inspiration that other countries and cultures have drawn from it over millennia.

Many thanks to all our wonderful speakers and all the friends who attended and sparked interesting conversations with famous Indian authors Devdutt Pattanaik and Mayank Austen Austen Soofi. Also many thanks to Mrs Aude Priya Wacziarg Engel for singing verses in Ancient Greek.
