Τhe Prime Minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi, congratulated school students from Greece for their rendition of "Vande Mataram", the National Song of India (26.12.2021)

On 26 December 2021 during his Mann ki Baat  address to the Indian citizens, the Prime Minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi, congratulated school students from Greece for their rendition of "Vande Mataram", the National Song of India in the framework of events organized around the world on the occasion of the 75th Anniversary of the Indian Independence next year. The Indian Prime Minister said that this rendition makes the Indian public feel very happy and proud. He also added that such efforts bring the people of the two nations closer. He warmly thanked the teachers and students from Greece for contributing to  celebrations of the 75th Anniversary of the Indian Independence (Azadi ka Mahotsav) next year.
