Visit of Hellenic Air Force Chief Lieutenant T. Bourolias in India (10-16.6.2023)

Hellenic Air Force Chief Lieutenant T. Bourolias  met India's top military brass  and discussed issues of mutual interest and ongoing and new avenues for defence cooperation. Lieutenant General Bourolias, the chief of the Hellenic Air Force General Staff, met Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Gen Anil Chauhan, Army Chief Gen Manoj Pande, IAF Chief Air Chief Marshal V R Chaudhari and Assistant Chief of Indian Naval Staff ,Rear Admiral Sanjay Jasjit Singh. He also met the Secretary General of Indian Defence Ministry Shri Giridhar Aramane.They discussed issues of mutual interest, ongoing and new avenues for defence cooperation, and opportunities for Greece to leverage India's vibrant defence industry. Lieutenant Bourolias also visited the Software Development Institute of the IAF, the Aeronautical Development Agency, the Aircraft & Systems Testing Establishment, the Air Force Test Pilots’ School and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in Bengaluru.
