Foreign Minister Kotzias to visit Israel (5-7 July 2015)
Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias will carry out a working visit to Israel from Sunday, 5 July, to Tuesday, 7 July.
On
Monday, 6 July, Mr. Kotzias will meet with Israeli Prime Minister
Benjamin Netanyahu. He will also have meetings with the Vice Prime
Minister, Minister of the Interior, and chief negotiator on the
Palestinian problem, Silvan Shalom; Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz; and
Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Tzipi Hotevely. Mr. Kotzias will
then visit the Yad Vashem Memorial, where he will lay a wreath in memory
of the victims of the Holocaust.
On Tuesday, 7 July, Mr. Kotzias will be received by the President of the State of Israel, Reuven Rivlin.
Before
his meetings with the Israeli side, Mr. Kotzias will meet today,
Sunday, 5 July, with Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem.
