Greek Tourism Minister Mr. Vassilis Kikilias visits Israel (27-30.3)
On the occasion of the 2022 International Mediterranean Tourism Market Expo (IMTM) held in Tel Aviv, Greek Tourism Minister Mr. Vassilis Kikilias visited Israel. The Minister inaugurated the Greek pavilion and met with his Israeli counterpart Mr. Yoel Razvozov. Together they agreed to promote bilateral cooperation, particularly in the field of maritime tourism.
While attending the Expo, the Greek Minister met with representatives of the Israeli tourism industry, including air carriers and tour operators.
He also held meetings with Israeli investors, affirming strong interest on behalf of the Israeli business world with regard to the Greek tourism sector. Mr. Kikilias also addressed five Israeli media (TV, print and online), promoting Greece’s tourist facilities and encouraging Israelis to continue visiting Greece’s destinations throughout the year.
Earlier, the Greek Minister had met with His Beatitude Patriarch of Jerusalem, Theophilos III, in Jerusalem and visited the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.
